Refund & Return Policy

At Ally Repurposing Services LLC, we strive to provide reliable, fair, and sustainable repurposing services for our partners. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all goods and services provided by Ally Repurposing Services LLC, including but not limited to pallets, cardboard removal, metal drum sales and removals, and any additional services offered in the future.

 

1. General Policy - All sales and services are considered final once completed, except as outlined in this policy. - Businesses will not be charged for any damaged materials provided to Ally Repurposing Services LLC.

 

2. Damaged Materials - If any materials (pallets, metal drums, etc.) delivered to a business by Ally Repurposing Services LLC are found to be damaged, defective, or unusable, the customer may set these materials aside. - Damaged materials will be collected free of charge during Ally Repurposing Services LLC’s next scheduled pickup or delivery visit. - A refund or credit will be issued for the value of the damaged materials if payment has already been made.

 

3. Services (Cardboard & Drum Removal, etc.) - Removal services (such as used cardboard collection or used metal drum pickup) are provided as scheduled. - If a service is not performed as agreed, the business may request a service credit or refund equivalent to the missed service.

 

4. Customer Responsibility - Businesses are responsible for notifying Ally Repurposing Services LLC of any damaged or unusable materials within 10 business days of delivery. - Materials should be set aside and kept in a safe area until they are collected on the next scheduled visit.

 

5. No Hidden Charges - Ally Repurposing Services LLC will never charge businesses for damaged or rejected materials. - All pricing and charges will be agreed upon in advance, with no unexpected fees.
